On June 30th, New York welcomed us in an overwhelming heat at its “Fancy Food Show”, the largest food show in North America: 2,900 exhibitors and nearly 50,000 visitors, all professionals in the food industry.
As an exhibitor, we had numerous and interesting meetings with Americans, Italians, Spaniards, French and many South Americans contacts over the 3 days.
Our booth which was created by our team attracted many people and provided a beautiful showcase for our high-end products made in Quebec! Our jams containing alcohol such as “Plum-Cognac” from the Mountain range, “Vanilla Pineapple with Rum ” and the famous “Apricot Raspberry Champagne” with its gold flakes were particularly attractive to visitors.
We were also honored to welcome to our booth Mr. Philippe Couillard, Premier of Quebec, accompanied by his wife Suzanne Pilote. Both greatly appreciated Andrea’s jams as well as her famous chocolates created to pair with specific wine varietals and to hang on the bottle!
In brief: a great success!
